It’s disappointing to see unscrupulousness tradies and developers getting away with shoddy workmanship, this one takes the prise by far. This is ab5 year old up market home and has many breaches of the building code.
Building in some areas has become price driven which in turn leads to cost cutting in the endeavour to make a dollar or 2. If you are unsure where to find good honest trades ask family, friends, neighbors and the relative industry bodies for recommendations.
Check their qualifications/licenses and ask to see some of the work they have done.
When it comes to pricing get a couple of quotes to compare and if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Site Inspections has ask that this video be shared in the hopes of stop this happening to others.

I dropped in on our team restoring the beautiful Chateau Dookie today to get some photo of the rolling hills to share with you. My young self said ”YAH easy peasy” my older sensible self said “NO WAY HOSAY” and ask one of our painters experienced in climbing ladders to be the photographer for the day. It was disappointing missing out seeing it for myself, at least there were no accidents ~ Judy
