About Us

Blue Croc Manufacturing is a leading supplier of premium aluminium products across Victoria including fencing, balustrades, pool fencing, privacy screens, shrouds, gates, and louvre systems. Known for quality, innovation, and attention to detail, we deliver standout custom solutions to both residential and commercial clients.

The Role

We’re looking for on-site installers to join our growing team. The role involves the installation of aluminium fencing, gates, privacy screens, louvres, and more. You’ll be working across varied sites, ensuring our products are installed to the highest standards while following all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

    •    Install aluminium fencing, balustrades, privacy screens, gates, louvre systems, and related products
    •    Maintain quality workmanship and job site safety at all times
    •    Tackle onsite challenges with problem-solving and a proactive mindset
    •    Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth installation process
    •    Keep tools, materials, and equipment in good working order
What We’re Looking For
    •    Positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in the work
    •    Trade background preferred but not essential
    •    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    •    Ability to read and interpret site plans and technical drawings
    •    Reliable and self-motivated with a hands-on approach
    •    Current driver’s license and White Card are essential
