I’m reaching out to introduce a simple maintenance membership system designed specifically for rental properties — aimed at reducing workload for property managers, removing the need for multiple quotes, and giving landlords predictable maintenance costs.
For a fixed monthly fee of $150 per property, landlords receive up to $1,500 in maintenance coverage per month, including all labour and materials. This covers general repairs as well as licensed trades such as plumbing and electrical when required. If maintenance exceeds $1,500, that amount is deducted from the total cost, and the remaining balance receives a further 15% discount as part of the membership.
All work is backed by a 5-year workmanship guarantee, and all materials used are covered by manufacturer warranties. If for any reason work is not up to standard or damage occurs due to our services, we take full responsibility — which would constitute a breach of the 12-month contractual agreement, ensuring landlords and agencies are fully protected.
The membership can be paid either by the landlord or the agency and operates under a simple 12-month agreement paid monthly in advance. To make the program effective and sustainable, we work with agencies that manage a minimum of 30 rental properties, which ensures your landlords get meaningful coverage and we can deliver high-quality, reliable service for all properties.
