We're pleased to announce that 3 Colours took away four winning awards, and two Highly Commended from the 2020 Master Painters Australia Awards for Excellence.

We achieved two awards for Heritage Restoration projects, one for multi-unit and one for a single dwelling, as well as Winner of the Texture Coating Multi-Unit Repaint, and Winner of the High Gloss Single Dwelling Repaint category for a Mosman Residence.

3 Colours also achieved two Highly Commended Awards for both single and multi-unit projects.

On 21 July, The Public Health Order was updated with an amendment that allows 'cleaning or carrying out of repairs or
maintenance at an unoccupied place of residence if it is necessary for the sale or lease of the place of residence.'

This recognises the low-risk unoccupied places present and enables the sale and lease of properties to continue.

If your property is unoccupied, and you need it painted, then provided you meet these conditions, and the property isn't in an identified hotspot, then talk to us about getting it painted.
