Barnes Tree Services is seeking a reliable and motivated groundsman to join our team in the Southern Highlands NSW.
Duties include:
• Assisting arborists with tree work
• General ground work and site clean-up
• Driving vehicles, Loading and unloading equipment
• Following and supporting safe work practices on site
Requirements:
• Current car licence essential
• MR truck licence highly desirable
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Desirable Qualities:
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Safety-conscious
• Able to work in a team environment
• Previous tree industry, landscaping, or construction experience an advantage (but not essential)
