🔧 Equipment Upgrade Complete! 💦

This customer’s old pool filter had reached the end of its life, with a failed tank and multiport valve making replacement the most practical solution.

We upgraded the system to a brand-new Neptune fibreglass filter filled with premium glass media, providing improved filtration, better water clarity, and longer-lasting performance compared to traditional sand media.
As part of the project, we also relocated all of the pool equipment from underneath the house. The customer found the original location difficult to access for routine maintenance and servicing, so we moved everything to a more accessible position for easier operation and future upkeep.

🟢 FROM COPPER STAINING TO A FRESH START!

This Wishart pool had developed significant copper staining throughout the entire surface, leaving it looking tired and discoloured.

After draining the pool, we carried out a full acid wash treatment to remove the staining and restore the appearance of the interior finish.

➡️ Before: Heavy copper staining across the pool surface.
➡️ During: A clear contrast between the treated and untreated areas.
➡️ After: A refreshed finish with the staining removed.

The pool is now refilling with fresh water, and we'll be returning on Friday to rebalance the water chemistry, recommission the equipment and ensure everything is operating correctly before it's ready to enjoy again.

It's always satisfying to see transformations like this, especially when the difference is this dramatic.

Our technician got a little extra company while servicing a school pool this week — a snake decided it wanted front row seats to the maintenance! Safe to say it definitely wasn’t part of the standard equipment check list. 😂

Pool servicing can sometimes come with unexpected “wildlife encounters.” No two days are ever the same in the pool industry! What a beautiful snake though! One of the teachers wasn’t a fan though 😉

FAREWELL DEAN!!! 👋
