INTRODUCING TRIBE HOUSE

Perched on the edge of Oliver’s Hill, this new luxury coastal home has been designed to capture uninterrupted 180° views across Port Phillip Bay.

Soft coastal tones, natural textures and expansive glazing come together to create a home that feels calm, elevated and deeply connected to its surroundings. Every space is being thoughtfully designed to embrace the ever-changing outlook — from sunrise reflections over the water to golden evening sunsets.

A timeless coastal retreat in one of the Peninsula’s most iconic locations.

Choosing the right balance of colours and materials is everything in a kitchen design — it’s what turns a good space into a truly considered one.

For this project, we explored three distinct colour directions, each carefully paired with complementary finishes to show how the same layout can take on a different feel.

As part of our standard interior design package, we create detailed 3D renders to help our clients visualise these options before anything is built. It allows us to refine every detail, test combinations, and ensure the final result feels cohesive, intentional, and right.

Because the best outcomes aren’t rushed — they’re resolved.

Introducing Hill House.

Perched on Beleura Hill, this expansive family home has been thoughtfully designed to embrace its breathtaking coastal outlook.

A soft, neutral palette flows seamlessly throughout the interiors, creating a calm and refined backdrop that lets the views take centre stage. Natural textures and coastal influences bring warmth and depth, connecting every space to its surroundings.

For a moment of contrast, the powder room introduces a bold emerald green—adding a layer of drama and sophistication within an otherwise understated design.

A home that balances scale, serenity, and statement in all the right ways.

Set amongst the beautiful landscape of Arthur’s Seat, this new pavilion-style residence celebrates space, light, and refined natural materials. Soaring ceilings elevate the main living zone, creating a striking sense of openness while framing the surrounding environment.

Light oak flooring brings warmth and softness underfoot, perfectly balanced by rich walnut cabinetry that adds depth and sophistication throughout the home. The kitchen and living spaces are anchored by stunning Patagonian Quartzite and black leathered granite benchtops, delivering both durability and timeless luxury. Antique brass hardware completes the palette, introducing subtle character and a refined, heritage-inspired touch.

A home designed to feel both grand and grounded, where architectural scale meets tactile materiality.
