Another freshly finished project, right in time for a pre Christmas move in 😍

This was a brand new build, and the super organised owner got in touch BEFORE signing off on the plans 👍👍
We discussed the plans in detail and tweaks were made, but my main role here was all about the palette and keeping selections within the builders allocation of finishes budget (where possible) 🫡

My beautiful client had a good idea of what she wanted, and after completing the final walk through, is excited to move into everything she dreamed of 🥰

This place has storage to boot! Walk in's everywhere including robes, linen press and butlers ✅️
Super practical laundry ✅️ and so many other ticks!

But the noticeable difference that sets this house aside from all others in the street, is its seamless colour palette, and while all other dwellings are feeling 'meh' with their dating shades of grey, this abode will look new for years to come 👌

Timeless creamy, dreamy tones of earthy warmth, and it's Interior, jewelled with warm lighting throughout and brushed brass hardware. It's completely beautiful and i am so so happy for this lovely lady!

Home staging - styling for sale.

Selling your home is a stressful event.
But there are things everyone should do to help achieve the best financial result.

Hiring an Interior Designer when you're just about to move out, might seem strange, but paid off for my beautiful clients in a recent Harrisville sale.

The agent came through. Said they could expect offers from $850k. I came in, we removed a lot, we moved stuff around, we added a little bit.

The agent came back and said he'd now list it for offers over $890k 👍
Sale price recieved was $935k 😉

The completion of Japandi 🥂

Architecturally designed in the late 80s, this Fig Tree Pocket home was in need of renovation to bring it up to speed for this young families requirements.
Areas focussed on here were the lower level;
Kitchen and incorporate a laundry and butlers pantry.
Mild refresh of the main living space with cinema room capabilities.
Convert storeroom with external access into a powder room.
Redo staircase to allow internal access for powder room - with future plans to add on access to pool house.
Palette and features used here were Polytec Tasmanian Oak cabinerty, wide board Tassie Oak floring, Stone Ambassador Marrakesh bench and splash, gunmetal taps and sinks, travertine pendant, warm strip lighting, coffee station, Falcon oven with tepanyaki plate. Porters Watermark for walls and ceilings and Half Rubble for masonary walls in the main living. Linen sheers will be installed throughout once kids aren't so little - the giant bamboo outside is sufficient screening for now. Family portrait photos still to go up as a photo wall in the cinema and lower level of informal living space still to be furnished - think 50s dinner party/sunken lounge, but with a Japanese vibe.
It was an absolute pleasure to watch this space transform into their inspiration pictures.

The jewel in the Ray White Rural - Boonah Kalbar Harrisville crown.
The grand opening of the Boonah office happened last night. The weather didn't keep people away 💛
I'm not a regular to the commercial space, but enjoyed working with Janine and the team to create a 'same same but different, country luxe' aesthetic across the 3 offices.
All feature the Ray White signature yellow, cow hide rug, chesterfields and wing back armchairs and chandeliers.
But the centrepiece of each office is a carefully curated Craig Bachmann original photograph featuring Sunflowers, an iconic symbol of the Scenic Rim.
