The Sturt desert peas have been putting on a beautiful display in the garden. Not sure how they go in a vase, but for now giving pops of colour paired with early pink and white everlasting and Billy buttons holding on to round out the season. Always something new to discover in the garden.

Sturt desert pea (Swainsona formosa) has out performed expectations this season. Still flowering and setting lots of seed pods. Plan is to collect some of these seeds to try our luck next season. Love the colours

And this is why the main rose garden has very few late roses this year. 🙈Thanks to the arrival of the mallee ringneck parrots. Able to get up and personal, but causing absolute havoc.
