Our pool area
I love how this chinoiserie mural turned out as a feature for the pool area of Carol’s Cottage - a brand new bed and breakfast in Narrogin, WA.
The clients were lovely to deal with and knew just want they wanted with the colours to match their pool and the rugged timber look that blends so well with the recycled bricks in the wall adjacent
The overall result is drop-dead gorgeous, and it fits with the century-old charm of the rest of the cottage.
With the panels, the swirling timber grain comes through to make it look like they have been there forever. Speaking of which, they will last forever. The timber is a sturdy hardwood and the inks are UV cured to never fade.
I’ve also sealed them with a non-yellowing acrylic clear coat to protect from the weather.
Moreover, the panels are portable, and the client can move them to dress up other parts of their lovely cottage if they choose.
Check them out if you’re planning a trip of the Great Southern.
You’ll find them at Carol’s Cottage, 3 Falcon Street, Narrogin 6312.
