If ever there is a flower for every Central Highlands, cool climate garden it is the Clematis. They come in many forms, mainly climbers but also dwarfs and ground covers. Their flowers can be small and intense or large and delicate. These two are Oh La La and the near white Ice Blue. Their flowers are large, around 140mm in diameter. They are available for sale at Newlyn Antiques & Cottage Garden Nursery in 200mm containers for $35.00 each.

If you are looking for a delightful, mid sized shrub with heavenly scented flowers for a corner of your garden it is hard to go past the Philadelpis ‘Virginal’ Double Mock Orange. We have one in the grounds of Newlyn Antiques & Cottage Garden Nursery, it attracts visitors for its scent and superb white flowers.
