These Tasmanian Oak floors in this Bar Beach home had been completely covered in black paint, masking the natural beauty of the timber beneath.

Our team carefully sanded them back to their original state, revealing the warmth and character of genuine Tassie Oak. We then applied a premium three-coat system using Bona Sealer and Traffic HD, delivering a durable, high-performance finish designed to last.

The transformation speaks for itself, bringing light, space, and life back into the home.

These beautiful Blackbutt timber floors were designed to sit perfectly alongside the natural tones of Newcastle Beach just beyond the windows.

By removing the old solvent-based coating and applying a premium water-based finish, we’ve brought out a softer, more natural look, allowing the grain, colour, and warmth of the timber to mirror the coastal landscape outside.

Refreshed for coastal living.

This beachside property in Merewether called for a lighter, more natural finish to suit its relaxed coastal feel. We removed the existing solvent-based coating and replaced it with a premium water-based system, allowing the natural beauty of the timber to come through while providing a durable, long-lasting finish.

The Del Hotel first opened its doors in 1924. Over a century later, it's still a cornerstone of the local community, and like any hard-working venue, its floors have seen a decent amount of wear.

Our team was engaged to carry out a full restoration, including sanding, custom staining, and coating, designed specifically for high-traffic commercial environments. The challenge? Restoring the beauty of aged timber while ensuring the finish can withstand daily footfall, spills, and late nights.
