Swipe for the ‘before shot’✨

In this client’s home, it was a small apartment so she didn’t necessarily have a pantry. Instead, she had overhead cupboards. This made moving the items to be close to their appliance a lot easier. I moved the Oil, Salt and Pepper to be close to the stove and the Spreads to be close to the Toaster. This makes it easier and faster to get to the necessary things while cooking. Not to mention when you’re in a rush, this will make it easier to put things straight back, keeping your space clean and tidy even when you’re busy 🧹🍯✨

Your nightly routine is where your organised morning starts. If you take the time to clean and tidy your house and put your kitchen and living spaces to bed before you go to sleep, you will wake up to a clean space and feel far more motivated to start your day productively. This tip has helped me immensely. My nights are the only time I can quickly zip around my house without having to worry about my little one getting into things he shouldn’t. It means I can wake up with him slowly and enjoy the morning, starting my day with a calm and positive mindset and not get overwhelmed with a huge to do list before I’ve even had my morning coffee. Work this into your busy schedule and I promise you, you’ll be thanking yourself in the morning 🤍

While organising your pantry, it is important to add temporary labels so that 1. You don’t forget what is in each canister and 2. If you decide you want to change what is where, you can do so easily before adding the more permanent vinyl labels. Also, another important step not to miss is to add the best before dates to the bottoms of your canisters! That way, you’ll never have to wonder if your food is still in date. 🏷🥫🤍 Happy Organising 🤍
