The latest roof restoration completed by SJP Roofing in O'Sullivan Beach. The previous restoration had served the home well, but it was time for an upgrade.
Finished in SA-made Acryloc Deep Ocean, this roof is now looking sharp and ready to handle the coastal conditions.

The ridge tiles are all rebedded on new motar and flexible pointed in Mocha Roofbond on this house at Reynella. The dutch gable was also repaired including new flashing, bird board, and some classic cream paint.

Installed two new whirlys on this pergola in Middleton this week.
With the area enclosed by PVC blinds, the added ventilation will make a big difference to air circulation and help keep the space much more comfortable.
