Value Pools is a fibreglass swimming pool manufacturer based in the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

General Factory hand and Back Up Driver Required...HR OR MR LISC NECESSARY
We have a position available for a general factory hand and back up driver for up to 40 hours per week (but we are flexible and will work in with the right person)

Our factory is in Noosaville.

The work is for a mid size fibreglass factory which manufactures Swimming Pools, Trailer Boats and Sailing Yachts. The position is general in nature and we will educate the successful applicant in detailing and application. Experience is therefore not essential however some fibreglass experience will definitely give you an edge.

Additionally we do need a back up truck driver to cover illness, holidays , and just generally a heavy workload. This would not form the major part of the work but an appropriate lisc would need to be held.

The truck is an extended tray Hino 10 tonne in good condition and well maintained.
Because it is an extended tray (only by 1.5 mtrs ) experience with that style and wide/ oversize loads would be advantageous. The truck exclusively carries fibreglass swimming pool shells and most jobs comply without the need for a pilot.
The ability to weld is also a definite advantage, but not essential .

Are you an experienced driver looking for work (HR or MR lisc required). We have a part time position driving our delivery vehicles and we can set up as part time and extend the hours for summer or bring on another person if you don't want to work more than 20 hours per week. Above award wages.

We are the factory producer and this is the only reason that we can do this.

We have a soft rectangle 7.1 mtr shell that we are going to sell as a second due to some very minor Gelcoat (paint layer) marking. It's the slightly lighter markings in the first photo. You won't even see it under water! Retail shell about $13500. Wholesale shell is $10350......but this price now

$9200.....over $1100 saving on wholesale.......

Transport can also be arranged at a very economic rate.

We have an old Spa shell that has been sitting around our factory for years and we are now selling as a second. There is some small amount of crazing in the gelcoat (just as a result of age and sitting dry for a long time) but structurally 100%.
It is available now for pick up, just make a time (Please make a time so that someone can help you see it and load it) and bring your ute and money to pay for it and away you go. We can transport it for you if you need us to but that is extra- you must have a mate with a ute?

Materials alone in this are now well over $1000 plus labour but this 2nd is available NOW AT ONLY $450 ex factory.
