So made a rookie mistake....
Forgot I'm using my phone to track my kms, not take videos lol.
Oh well, got a bit of practice. I'll be using the fit bit in future.

Tomorrow is the day I start the Lift The Load Challenge.
Looking forward to getting the weight vest on and wracking up the kms, I'll try to do updates on my progress as often as I can.

Hi guys, this October I will be taking part in the 'Lift the Load' challenge.
It's aim is to raise money and awareness for the mental health and well being of our youth. This is a topic very important to me, having struggled with mental health issues myself and losing family and friends to the battle.
I've decided to set myself a larger challenge and target. I will wear the 10kg vest while I work pushing the mower and maintaining gardens. I estimate 50km a week each week for the entire month. The new target is 200km and to raise $500.
If you can help, please donate to the cause or pass it on to friends. It's all for a great cause and will help a lot of our youth in their darkest and hards moments.
