Not my content, but from what I’ve read, it seems correct.
Vinegar works for us 100% and it’s very cheap.

As a qualified building biologist, I offer the following tips:
If you're cleaning after flooding:
Remember if your furniture is wet:
Metal, glass, ceramic, etc: clean w soap & water, dry in sun
Real timber: vinegar (70%) & water (30%), soap & water), dry in sun
MDF, chipboard, soaked cushions/ mattresses etc: chuck it out
Leather: vinegar (70%) & water (30%), then leather conditioner, dry in sun
Clothes, soft furnishings, curtains, etc: washing machine on hottest setting, detergent + at least 1 cup of vinegar, you guessed it, dry in sun (check your fabric's washing instructions too)
Don't use bleach on mould: use vinegar & water (70/30) or alcohol (metho is fine, adequate ventilation) & water (80/20), dry in sun
Ordinary dishwashing liquid apparently has good anti bacterial, that, hot water, and sun, are your friends.
Don't forget your ppe: rubber gloves, closed in shoes, and face masks!
Stay out of flood waters, and if you can't see the ground, don't walk on it. Lift properly, stay safe ❤
