Well GR Property Works has been busy doing some local jobs. Thought I’d share a few with u all.

First one is an old window a customer had put in but nobody dared to install the decorative architrave….except for me.

Second one is some shelving I installed on a blank wall in an existing butler’s pantry.

Third one is a meter box that I made up out of some secondhand shutters that a customer wanted to use.

8 years ago, I built this merbau deck for a customer of mine in Cranbourne. After a few years he decided he hated the maintenance of regular oiling. So out with the old merbau and in with new Modwood. No more maintenance needed and one very happy customer.
