Pressure Cleaning Service.
This driveway hadnt been cleaned in 30 years.
It slopes quite steeply and had developed a fairly thick coating of silt and moss, making it a real safety hazard
We utilised the rotary head on the Stihl pressure washer, which increases the cleaning surface area. Not as deep of a clean as the nozzel, but definitely more efficient on large areas and leaves a much more even result, with less streaks.
This drive had so much silt build-up that we literally had to follow behind with the leaf blower, to see any areas that needed redoing and to prevent the muddy water from settling and restaining the area.
We also cleaned the carport area, paved paths and front and back patios.
Admittedly, the end result isnt "like new", but this was a chemical free clean (just water) that took a total of 5 hours and is now far more presentable and a whole lot safer!!

2 patios approx 6sq m each
27sq m of paving
13 m of pathways
2 sets of stairs
This invoiced to a bit over $600
After factoring in machine running costs.
I dont normally post job costing on here, but I thought this worked out to be pretty decent "bang for buck" and if you think so too, and are in need of some cleaning, let me know.
