Second story Gable ready for roofing.. a complete re-level of the existing balcony using our 150x150 posts.. we also have some hardwood screens providing some privacy and lovely filtered light !! We are digging it 👍

We’ve repaired/demolished a lot of decking over the years… a lot of them rotting prematurely due to soil being pushed up against frame members!! This one here, the subfloor had heaps of ventilation but the turf and soil was pushed up hard against.. we replaced what was needed on the frame and added some plastic membrane to the Outside joist then created a barrier which lets the timber dry and breath with oversize river rock and corten steel edging..
