::New Studio for a lovely customer wanting that extra space. A challenging exercise in council consents, soil tests, engineering, and a flood prone area - all hurdles overcome with a very patient client and builder. Great result!

::from Friday’s random site visit it had to be done. That crane simply couldn’t be ignored as it towered above everything else in Jan Juc. All happening for Kershaw. while this project takes shape really fast 🔨

::A while since I’ve posted anything, it’s been a busy few months here at OG Building Design. Then there is the whole, keeping up with the times and technology thing.
While there is a lot of ways to present a set of plans, sketches or details to a client, new techniques have to be explored. And sometimes, it’s about taking that leap and giving it a crack.
