END OF LEASE CLEAN UP!

Another end-of-lease property brought back under control today! This backyard had become heavily overgrown with long grass and w**ds, making the space difficult to maintain and present for final inspection.

We completed a full slashing and tidy-up, clearing the overgrowth and restoring the yard to a manageable condition ready for handover.

My client received a notice from the council as his Lilly Pilly’s were obstructing the community footpath.

In an emergency, we prioritised the job and got it done to legal and safety standards and as per ouncul guidelines!
A cleat walk way for the community, and a well deserved prune for my clients hedges.
