A big morning today helping to clear roads after last night's destruction. All up we cleared around 15 downed trees helping to open up roads for our community/emergency services (of course the only photos I got before smashing my phone are of the smallest tree) Just trying to do our small part!

Another busy day today on the excavator digging drainage trenches to help with water manegment with the incoming cyclone. Not the neatest trenching but was more about quantity getting as much done across as many of our clients properties as we could.

Loving our diverse business ventures! This week's highlights include retaining walls, drainage repairs, mowing acreage properties, electric fence horse paddock creation, prep for the International Sanctuary Cove Boat Show, multiple fire burn-offs, car park pressure cleaning, land clearing with our tractor/flail mower, a pony rescue, snake encounters, and maintaining the rest of our regular properties big and small, the cooler months are just so much more enjoyable when we can break away from just trying to keep up with the growth!

This week we took delivery of our new 2t tractor to give us some muscle on those acreage and larger properties that we specialise in. Equipped with loader buckets, log grabs, flail/mulcher mower, post hole augers, ripper blades, grade blades and an 8 inch tree chipper. This will give us great flexibility to assist with everything from slashing to storm clean up to all things landscaping.
