The fun little spaces a fig creates 🌳, it might’ve taken decades to shape, and it’s still not done!
No two are ever the same, and there’ll never be another space like this on Earth. How cool is that?

Leichhardt Tree (Nauclea orientalis) is an underrated beautiful native.✨
The flower are fragrant and so unique.
If you live on acreage, this is truly one of the most stunning and elegant trees to consider. A wonderful shade tree that transforms the whole space around it.
Brisbane City Botanic Gardens even grow it as a feature tree, it completely elevates the area and creates the most relaxing, chilled atmosphere. 💛🌳

G’day friends,

There are so many wattle varieties, some with silky, feathery leaves, others with knife- or wedge-shaped foliage, and many bursting with golden pom-pom blooms. What they all share is the same spirit: tough, graceful, and full of life.

The wattle we are sharing today is the unique one Acacia hubbardiana 🍾

🌸 Why you’ll love this one

▪️Elegant upright shrub to around 2 m tall with arching branches
▪️Pale yellow, “fluffy” spring flowers with a soft, sweet scent
▪️Deep green, triangular foliage adds year-round texture
Attracts butterflies, bees, and small birds
▪️Provides refuge and nesting spots for native wildlife
▪️Adapts to most soils, thrives in moist or sandy sites
▪️Drought-tolerant and low maintenance once established

💚 A beautiful, resilient native that brings both structure and life to any garden.
