Paul Gerada Retirement Announcement,

Dear Team, Clients, and Partners,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce my decision to retire from my role as General Manager, effective 2nd March 2026. As I reflect on my time with Mechanical Air Service, I am filled with a deep sense of gratitude for the remarkable people I have had the pleasure of working with. It has truly been an honour to lead such a talented and dedicated team, and to collaborate with so many exceptional clients and contractors who have made this journey so rewarding.
Over the years, we have faced challenges, celebrated milestones, and built lasting relationships. Each of you has played an essential part in making Mechanical Air Service the successful organization it is today, and I will forever be proud of what we’ve achieved together. I’m grateful for the trust and support you have all shown me throughout my tenure.
To our staff, I thank you for your dedication, hard work, and the passion you bring to your roles every day. Your efforts have been key to our success, and I have no doubt that you will continue to accomplish great things.
To our valued clients, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for your trust and partnership. Working with you has been an absolute privilege, and I am confident that the relationships we’ve built will continue to thrive under new leadership.
To the contractors and partners who have supported us, your collaboration and expertise have been invaluable. Thank you for your commitment to our shared goals and for always delivering with excellence.
As I step into this new chapter of life, I am excited to see how Mechanical Air Service continues to grow and innovate. While I may be retiring from my role, I will always hold the memories of our time together close to my heart, and I will look forward to watching the continued success of this incredible team.
I know Stephen, Derek, Mat, Florence, Jeremy, and the team will continue to support you all moving forward.

Another successful chiller replacement at Sutherland Trade Union Club Gymea.
Thank you to Tradies for giving Mechanical Air Service the opportunity to carry out the change-over and thank you to Indumech for a job well done.
We isolated the old chiller at 6am on a Monday morning and had the NEW chiller up and operation by 1pm on the Wednesday.
