⚠️UPDATE⚠️ A Boil Water Advisory is still in place for Koo Wee Rup – your water may not be safe to drink.
We’re currently investigating the cause of contaminated water entering the local water supply in Koo Wee Rup. As a precaution boil your tap water until you are told it is safe by South East Water.
Our teams are working around the clock to return the water supply to normal. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you our customers. Your safety is our top priority.
You can fill up your bottles, pots, kettles, etc. at one of our emergency water tankers, at the location listed below:

🚛 FROM MONDAY – Koo Wee Rup Recreation Reserve, 30 Denhams Road, Koo Wee Rup
Important: If you have bought alternate drinking water please get in contact with our Accounts and Billing team on 13 16 94 (8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday) so that we can arrange a refund. For any other queries contact our 24/7 Faults and Emergencies team on 13 28 12.
We’ve posted notifications on our website and social media and have contacted critical customers directly. We have also sent emails and SMS messages for those customers whose mobile numbers and/or emails we have in our system.
