I am an Australian Certified Carpenter with over 25 years of experience as a carpenter. My experience and knowledge spans from re-builds, to new builds and everything in between. Training and certification in Australia is slightly different from Canada, where instead of specialising in one area of building, Australian carpenters do ev
erything. Such as, for a new build we would lay the steel, pour the concrete foundation, complete all the framing, roofing, finished flooring, window install, trim etc. Basically, we are responsible for executing the job from start to finish. I have considerable experience in original builds and renovations in high-end homes where I may have been onsite at that one home for years. Current
