Leave an Impression They Remember ✨

I met someone through work. It was just one of those normal professional encounters, but later, they told me something that stayed with me: I left a good impression.

It made me realise how powerful one simple interaction can be. You never know who remembers how you spoke, how you carried yourself, how you worked, or simply how you made them feel.

That’s why I believe in investing in yourself.

Look presentable. Smell good. Take care of yourself. Speak properly. Be respectful. Carry yourself with confidence. Not because you need to impress everyone, but because you’re representing yourself wherever you go.

Most of the time, I work independently. Some days I’m with cleaners, checking rooms, doing quality control, setting up furniture, styling, shopping, taking photos, or fixing little details.

And yes, even when I’m just meeting cleaners at a property, I still put on a little makeup, spray my perfume, fix myself, and show up presentable.

Why? Because I’m still at work.

Professionalism isn’t something I switch on only when I’m meeting an owner, agent, or someone important. It’s part of how I choose to work.

More importantly, it’s about integrity.

Integrity is maintaining your standards even when nobody is checking. It’s doing your job properly when your boss isn’t there. It’s treating cleaners, suppliers, tradespeople, owners, agents, and everyone else with the same respect.

People notice more than we think. They remember your energy, how you communicate, whether you respect their time, and whether you genuinely care about what you do.

Sometimes, an ordinary interaction can leave an impression that eventually becomes a connection or an opportunity.

You don’t need expensive clothes or to look perfect. Just be presentable, respectful, prepared, and professional.

Invest in yourself. Take pride in your work. And always work with integrity, because you never know who will remember how you showed up. 🤎✨

I’ve lost count of how many properties I’ve set up, but this one is a little different. It’s the first one I photographed myself. 📸🤍

A couple of our clients mentioned that they prefer the angles and shots I take with my phone, so I thought, why not give it a try?

Still learning, so constructive criticism is very welcome! Tell me what I can improve. 🤍

Sweet 16. 🤍

Sixteen property setups in just nine months.

If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be styling homes for a living, I probably would’ve laughed. It was never part of my plan.

I started as a cleaner. My goal was simple. Work hard, finish my nursing pathway, and build a career in healthcare. My heart was set on it, and I never imagined I’d find myself in the world of interior styling and short stay properties.

Funny how life works.

As I kept working, people started noticing things about me that I couldn’t see in myself. They complimented my eye for detail, the way I styled spaces, and the care I put into every property. They believed in my potential long before I did.

For the longest time, I didn’t believe I was capable of doing this.

Then one day, I paused and asked myself, What if I simply trusted God’s direction instead of holding on so tightly to my own plans?

So I gave it a try.

One property became another, then another, until somehow I found myself here, celebrating my 16th setup.

People often ask me what makes my work different when there are so many talented and experienced professionals in this industry.

The answer is simple.

I genuinely care.

I don’t just decorate a house. I imagine the family staying there. I think about the child looking for something to do on a rainy afternoon, the tired traveler who just wants a good night’s sleep, the parents who need a functional kitchen, and the little details that make someone feel welcome.

Every lamp, every blanket, every note, every piece of furniture has a purpose.

I style with heart before anything else.

I’m still learning. I still make mistakes. I still have so much to improve. But every property teaches me something new, and every opportunity reminds me that growth begins when we’re willing to step into the unknown.

I don’t know exactly where God is leading me, and I don’t know what the future looks like.

But I’m learning to stop chasing only my own plans and start embracing the doors He opens for me.

To everyone who believed in me before I believed in myself, thank you. Your encouragement changed more than you know.

And to anyone who feels like they’re on a path they never expected, maybe that’s exactly where you’re meant to be.

Here’s to trusting the process, leading with heart, and seeing where God takes me next. 🤍

When I first started setting up holiday homes, I was always happy with the results. Then, like many people, I started comparing my work to others online. Their spaces looked incredible, and sometimes I wondered if mine was enough.

Over time, I realized that every property is different, but I only have one goal: to create a space where guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly at home, while helping investors create a property that stands out, attracts more bookings, and delivers strong returns.

For me, the guest experience goes beyond décor. A comfortable bed, quality pillows, soft linens, a cozy couch, and thoughtful little touches make all the difference. I love adding things like a candy corner, kids’ toys, children’s placemats, and hygiene kits with cotton tips and floss. They’re simple details, but they’re often the things guests remember and appreciate the most.

This property is a great example. It was already about 80% furnished, so we only replaced the couch, added throw pillows, blankets, and a few finishing touches. When I first arrived, it felt cold and empty. It’s two hours from Hobart, and my cleaner and I even joked that it felt like a zombie town because it was so quiet. But once everything came together, the whole atmosphere changed. It became warm, inviting, and finally felt like home.

Every property gives me that same feeling. Sometimes I walk in and think, “This one might be my favourite.” Not because it’s perfect, but because seeing a space transform into a place where guests create great memories and investors achieve strong results is the most rewarding part of what I do.
