Cork floor Friday!
After removing the cork we found a hidden layer of concrete paint, and working around freshly painted walls meant we needed to spend a little bit more time on this one.
But after the Diamond grind it’s now clean and ready for the timber flooring going down next week 😁

Got asked the other day whether we can remove tiles off a yellow tongue/chipboard subfloor, without damaging it. My answer, “Absolutely”.
Here’s a few pictures from a job on the Sunshine Coast where we did exactly that. The floor has been all stripped back and ready for its new coverings.

Lucky enough to get another great location for today’s job at Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club. This one required a slightly earlier start and finish time than usual to avoid interrupting the day to day business. If you have specific time needs we are always happy to work with you when possible.
