Project update 🔧

Behind the walls. Before a single tile goes on, every wet area gets sealed with a waterproofing membrane and the plumbing points are set in place. You’ll never see this part once the bathroom is finished, but it’s what keeps it watertight for years to come.

Project update 🧱 It’s all in the details.

The floor tiles are down, and now the tile skirting is going in. Every piece is measured, cut and set by hand for a clean, seamless edge. Where the tiles meet the hybrid flooring, we keep the join flush so the spaces flow from one to the next.

These are the steps most people never notice, and they’re what make the finish look effortless ✨
