We hope everyone had a great weekend!
Today we prepped/ground a workshop and carport concrete floor, ready for a resin coat.
Todays job consisted of a stand up grind as well as a final hand grind. The client was very surprised at how well all the pre existing oil and paint stains disappeared, to the extend that the client may just apply a clear concrete sealer instead of a resin poured floor.

Well what a huge end of year job this was for JSM Flooring! We completed this job in Booragoon for a lovely family right before Christmas. First was an uplift of 3mm direct stick planks and some carpet in the sunken lounge. The whole job received a stand up grind, floor patch and a feather finish to bring back substrate floor to an install finish. Product used was Karndean Loose Lay (lemon spotted gum). The stairs leading to upstairs turned out amazing, something that takes time but all the effort is well worth it. Even Buddy the dog approved of the freshly laid hallway haha.

This is something we completed a few weeks ago, definitely something out of the ordinary for us. We installed black corner trims to the tv recess and external corners, cladded the gas fireplace in a marble look vinyl tile. Will get a finished photo once owners move in and install the tv.

Sorry it’s been a while since we have posted, work and life has been crazy!
Today we completed a job for a lovely client. We used the Godfrey Hirst 4.5mm range, colour choice is Titanium. An absolutely beautiful product and photos doesn’t do it any justice.
Bit more prep than expected but we got there in the end with a beautiful transformation. Kitchen floor and entrance needed a bit of attention with Ardex a45 filler and then a final feather finish to restore the floor from a tile uplift. We ground all the paint off the floor as well as the unexpected foam backed residue from carpet that was underneath a top laid carpet. We were stoked with the finish and client was very thankful and pleased ☺️

Well after a busy day in Yanchep, JSM Flooring took on a small job for a upcoming small business. At JSM Flooring, we like to look after small businesses as much as we can as we know how hard it can be. Here we used Godfrey Hirst Polaris Pro, colour choice was Pearl Oak. What a transition, the flooring set the benchmark and looking forward to seeing the room finished off and complete. We ended up being a day early and included a carpet uplift for the client. Wow this was a big process for JSM Flooring! Client uplifted existing tiles, we came in and gave all areas an extensive floor prep. Floor prep consisted of a floor grind, Ardex floor primer, holes filled with Ardex A45 rapid, then we feather finished the whole area ready for install. We were more than pleased as to how this job turned out and customers were chuffed! Scotia was fitter afterwards to complete the look. Product used was Godfrey Hirst Polaris Pro “stoney blackbuttt”

This client needed a new substrate for vinyl plank. We ground the tiles, sprayed an Ardex floor primer then used Ardex K120 to flood the floor. Once dry floor was ready for install. This was an alternative to having to rip up the tiles.
