Payments are required in full at time of order. If a design draft or proof is required of your order this will be sent via email within 5 business days after your order has been received. All items are made to order - Please allow 1-2 weeks making time for most orders, unless otherwise stated. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If we see

that your order is for some reason lost we will replace it. All orders are shipped from Perth, WA Australia with Australia Post. Once your items have left our premises, we take no responsibility for them being damaged. We take great care when packaging up all orders so they can be shipped correctly. Please note whilst all care is taken to produce products as pictures, please be aware that all items are handmade to order and slight variations may occur.
