Yesterday we helped one of our commercial customers with a quoted job in addition to the routine maintenance by replacing their aged RA filters on all ducted systems.

With the world we live in today Air Quality is very important and clean filters are imperative.

Anyone with a recirculating AC system should have their filters inspected regularly so call CRA Mechanical to book an appointment.

Our good client at The Hampden Hotel needed some TLC on the Main Kitchen Exhaust hood control box on the roof top plant deck, after a few hours and a new control box we cleaned up the existing wiring mess and left the critical controls/ contractor weather tight.

We recently helped a client with a Wall Split Outdoor unit relocation from the alfresco area to the roof.

The original unit location in the alfresco area was far from ideal with the hot air from the unit causing the space to heat up and make the area very uncomfortable. They can now use their alfresco all year round
