Bringing this citrus tree back to full health after a heavy gall wasp infestation 🌿🍋
Started by removing all infested branches and thinning out the canopy to improve airflow and light pe*******on.
Cleared rootstock shoots below the graft to redirect energy back into productive growth.
From there, I focused on recovery and feeding:
• Iron chelate foliar spray for quick uptake
• Soil pH testing (sitting on the high side of neutral)
• Balanced feeding with slow-release granular fertiliser
• Epsom salts + iron chelate to support leaf health
• PowerFeed to boost overall growth and fruiting
This is the difference between just “cutting a tree” and actually rehabilitating it properly.
Healthy structure = better fruit, fewer pests, stronger growth 💪
