DUNCRAIG PROJECT // Exterior Repaint

We finished this exterior render repaint just in time for the wet season to arrive.

We tackled a few tricky spots on the upper floor (thank goodness Cowan likes heights - not for me!) and continued down the side of the house.

Once the ☀️ arrives we will be back to finish the rear elevation + pool side.

This Karrinyup project was a good reminder that shortcuts always show up in the final result 👀

We walked into:
• drippers everywhere
• paint splatters across finished areas
• only one coat applied previously
• and a lot of prep needing attention

A quality finish starts long before the paint goes on. Proper prep, attention to detail and using the correct system makes all the difference.

This one took some extra care to bring back to life — but the end result was worth it ✨

We recently completed a full wallpaper removal and prep — and this stage is where the real transformation begins.

Stripping back old wallpaper isn’t just about pulling it off the wall. It’s about:
• Removing all adhesive residue
• Repairing damaged plaster
• Sanding for a smooth, even finish
• Sealing and priming the surface
