My dear friend Brucey, out in the Vines, has been restoring a vintage Matchless in memory of his late brother. After finding the original tank was leaking fuel, this tank was tracked down and shipped over from the UK. Once it arrived in terrible shape, Brucey gave me a call and asked me to touch it up the best I could to save it. I said leave it with me..

With the help from Andy at Illusive Signs, here’s the finished result. Repaired and given a lick of Candy red for a classic yet modern twist with stunning speckled gold graphics designed, printed and fitted by Andy. The tank has been flow coated twice to lock in those gold graphics.

Surprising Brucey with the finished result today made the whole process even more wholesome.
