Investigating moisture ingress into the brick walls of a store room in Kinross, I decided to attack the issue from the neighbours side. Certainly wasn't expecting to see multiple rows of bricks, crudely jammed together. Horrendous bricklaying job, with obviously ZERO thoughts concerning waterproofing. Gaps everywhere, & unfilled holes. I had to plaster the lot, before applying a 4 coat system.

Doing our best to keep nice straight sharp lines. Although this job incorporated floor to ceiling tiles, its the pride I take in the work that counts. Love it!

A slightly juiced up priming agent, to accomodate both sand/cement render, screed & gyprock, prior to application of elastomeric top coats.

Shower recess rennovation in Karrinyup. Most people are unaware that not all standard priming agents will adhere correctly to white set. Here, we've used a solvent based product, so clear, you wouldn't know we applied it, prior to the application of Crommelins 'Wetite rapid'.

Leaking fishpond investigation in Fremantle. These are always challenging.

Leaking balcony. Owners contacted me to investigate the leak which was travelling to the living room ceiling. Grinding completed to obtain a better look at the substrate, nothing obvious jumped out, aside several several gaps under the base cladding plank. Decision made to use Polyurethane sealant to fill, recoat 4 times with a specific elastomeric membrane suitable to be covered witj astro turf, & fibre reinforce the wall/floor junction.

Leaking floor wastes on the roof of an office building in Victoria park. They'd been leaking for several years, with numerous attempts to rectify. The previously overlooked key to success? was simply to grind the existing membrane off & get back to concrete. We primed with Epoxy, & applied a 5 coat completely flexible, U.V stable coating system. Worked a treat. 22 floor wastes in total.
