I was working on an apartment job and the tenant sent me this. I see my job as trying to make less disruption as possible for someone in their own house. Keep noise and dust to a minimum, keep the site clean and by working in sections they can still go about their day to day life.
Love my job.

My latest job I did in an apartment in Cockburn. Just painted the walls in Dulux “Licorice Green”. It’s a pleasure to work for someone who decides on a bold colour choice and I think it paid off. I’m actually impressed by the colour choice. The paint is still drying on some walls.

Before and afters of my recent job in Kardinya. 35 litres used on ceiling, 10 litres on walls and 25 tubes of no more gaps filling all cracks and gaps. The gaps were open to the roof space and owner said all types of creepy crawlies and midgies would come into the house plus the hot and cold drafts. Not any more. 🚫🐭🕷️🕸️🪳🦟🐜

Coated up these 3 decks plus some outdoor furniture for one of my best clients today. Newly built house. Builder’s painters put 2 coats on the decks I put on the 3rd coat. Regular maintenance of washing and coating every 1-2 years and they will stay as good as new.

My recent exterior job in Dalkeith. It took nearly 3 weeks. The owners painted most of the walls, gutters and fascias. They did a good job. Hard working couple. I painted walls down the side of the house. Gutters and fascias around koi pond, gables on roof, timber arch entrances, gates, alfresco ceiling and all exterior windows and doors. The alfresco ceiling had 2 stain sealing undercoats and 4 top coats of low sheen Vivid White Weathershield. With the exterior doors and windows there were 273 panes of glass. With 4 edges to each pane and 3 coats on every edge. That’s over 3,000 times painting near glass!!
All Dulux 3 coat system used.
Walls= Snowy Mountain half.
Gutters= Shale Grey.
Fascias= Vivid White.
Windows= Lexicon Quarter.

Before and afters of my recent exterior paint job in Winthrop. All Dulux paints used as requested by client. 10 different types of paint used (stain sealer, undercoats, rust converters plus different coloured top coats to match surrounding surfaces). All surfaces sanded and pressure washed before painting.
