We’ve been designing and building luxury homes across Perth for more than a decade.

Sometimes the universe just delivers, and this project in North Fremantle was rewarding on all fronts - a dream client, the opportunity to collaborate with talented creatives and makers, and an idyllic riverfront location.

Returning to visit our clients. and seeing them live in and enjoy the spaces we created together, is the biggest reward of all.

Welcome home Karen, Pete, and Artie!

Welcome to our love affair with CONCRETE! Concrete lasts. This is the stuff the Romans built their empire with.

So why do many builders talk clients out of using concrete as a finished surface? Because only the very best tradespeople can execute it well. And no micro-cement or plaster will ever perform as well!

We’ve specialised in concrete construction for more than two decades. The flexibility and superiority concrete offers is so central to our design and build philosophy that we’ve NEVER built a double-brick home.

We’re so committed to the benefits of concrete, we even developed our own insulated concrete walling system, bWall, which we’ve used exclusively across every new home we’ve designed and built.

Brick shortages don’t matter if you’re already using advanced, stronger and more thermally efficient building materials.

A home should never just be a machine for living. At the heart of Foundry House is a quiet philosophy. We set out to create a home that shelters daydreaming, where lounging is an art form and life moves slower.

Spatially, that means vaulted ceilings in the master suite, rooms with softness and enclosure, and a floorplan with a natural flow that makes the everyday feel quietly luxurious.

The process behind our latest creation, Foundry House, began long before any drawings were made. There were countless conversations getting to know Karen and Pete before we ever put pen to paper.

It allowed us to look beyond the physical brief to the intangible things often left unspoken — like how a space should make you feel, how you want to move through it over time, and the lived experience of those who dwell in it.

The result is a home that’s an extension of its owners. It was designed by us, but it’s also not about us. Like Karen and Pete, the home is grounded, bold and welcoming. And a bit fun and unexpected too!
