For those of you who knew Jimmy our in-yard White Cockatoo (Corella) it is with sadness that we must announce he passed away last night whilst sleeping from what appears to be natural causes.

No one actually knows his true age but it is well in excess of 36 years (we're reliably informed these birds can out live humans of over 80+ years). We're also not sure how many people he lured into putting their fingers in his cage so he could take a nibble or a chunk out of but we know he was still trying it on right up until yesterday!

His general presence will be sadly missed from the morning greeting to the late afternoon squawking (and everything inbetween). He will be fondly remembered as an attraction and friend to many customers and staff past and present.
