Window Installer / Technician – Magnetite Perth
About the Role
Magnetite Perth is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in a specialised industry, working with our premium retrofit secondary glazing systems designed to improve noise reduction and thermal comfort in homes and commercial spaces.
You’ll work both in our workshop and onsite at residential and commercial properties across Perth, learning a unique skillset with full training provided.
Immediate start available.
🔨 Key Responsibilities
• Measure, cut, and assemble Magnetite uPVC frames and acrylic panels
• Install secondary glazing systems in a variety of environments
• Problem-solve on-site and adapt to different window configurations
• Deliver a high level of customer service at every job
• Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team
👷 About You
We’re looking for someone practical, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Experience in carpentry, cabinet making, or general handyman work (preferred but not essential)
• Confident using basic hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
• White Card (essential)
• Understanding of WHS practices
• Experience with CNC or fabrication (a bonus, not required)
