We have had some progress at one of our larger projects the clients have moved in and we are getting closer to completing this job.

This job has an architectural design of concrete slabs that extend out at every level, these have been finished with Dulux Acratex Lexicon.

This client had water leaking in through their windows, after they had them replaced we came in and recoated the acrylic texture, while we there we noticed that the panel system that had been installed 10 years was failing and all the joints where cracking and opening up.

We removed all the old fiberglass mesh in the joins re flushed them and installed new mesh before we applied the acrylic texture coat.

This client wanted us to apply acrylic texture coat over his old and dated tiled feature.

After examining the tiles to make sure they were still bonded well, we
we applied primer and acrylic texture coat over the tiles.

We also are applying acrylic texture coat over the outdated painted sandfinish render, this is a great way to refresh old weather damaged walls.

This client was selling their house and needed to repair a rear wall which had severe damp rising.

The bottom half of the wall is below ground level and there is a lot of soil behind it.

We repaired the render and then we applied new acrylic texture coat with a NO MESS GUARANTEE.

This house was acrylic texture coated 12 years ago, it’s western wall which is only 200m from the beach has endured some heavy weathering.

We will be repairing some cracks from the existing render then re coating this wall with primer and fresh texture coat, it will also be painted over the top of the texture coat to ensure a long as possible protection against the elements.

Years after a house is textured coated a very common problem is for moisture to rise, get behind and push out the acrylic texture coat causing it to bubble, this is usually due to waterproofing failing or not done at all.

We remove the old render, apply a new render then the new acrylic texture coat.

No mess guarantee.
