It’s essential you understand our warning system so that you can make life saving decisions, including knowing when we need you to evacuate.

Our firefighters are still battling a large, rapidly changing and uncontrolled firefront – the most helpful thing you can do is have your bushfire plan ready, and act early if you find yourself in the warning areas.

The incident area (shown as black stripes on our Emergency WA map) shows where a fire has been active. It is not a real-time reflection of current incident activity and does not indicate that property damage or loss has occurred.
⚠ For people within the current marked Incident Area it’s too late to leave and leaving now would be deadly. Go to www.emergency.wa.gov.au and follow our official advice in the warning.
