This was a full exterior refresh in Bayswater. Clients were great and finish was superb. Decking boards were even treated with the WCC care. Job was completed at the end of May and one of the last exterior projects we will undertake untill winter passes. Lots in the pipe line

Black Japan Stain on Balusters, clear matt finish on balusters, clear coat (slip resistant) on spotted gum treads, satin acrylic on handrail. Wet sanding 240 grit between coats and it looks magic! The appreciation from the client is why we do this!

Its not often you do a colonial type French Wash throughout all surfaces. Its very difficult to keep a wet edge and keep the pattern consistent. On this one we opted to use the Muslin cloth longer than normal before replacing, as once the paint was absorbing on the cloth it was leaving a gradual darker darker pattern. This helped with the transition from wall to ceiling.
