Fencetastic NSW is hiring – join our crew!

We’re on the lookout for a new team member to join our growing business.

A bit about us:

- Family-run small business based in the Wollondilly, established in 2008
- Residential and commercial fencing projects
- Install all types of fencing and gates
- Work across the Wollondilly, Southern Highlands, Wollongong and Sydney

A bit about you:

- Reliable and honest
- Hard-working and enjoys a laugh
- Holds a current White Card
- Enjoys working outside

About the role:

- Monday to Friday (Saturday work available if you want it)
- Transport available from Picton each morning
- Wages paid weekly and always on time
- Paid trial day/week available
- Hands-on, outdoor work
- Best suited to a young person who is keen to learn the trade

We are back!!! For the first time, in what feels like forever, we properly closed over the Christmas & New Year period and headed over to Europe & the UK. It was just what was needed, there was no rest 😴 but we saw, walked (16000 + steps a day) and learnt so much. Showing your children the world beyond our island and watching them take it all in… EPIC 🙌.

Whilst we overcome the jet lag, we are pumped for 2026 👊.

Thank you to those who respected our time off! It’s so hard to close a small business, basically impossible - there is no such thing as 4 weeks annual leave a year 🤣.

What a year, its been tough in many ways, but an absolute belter (my hips don't lie 😩)! Thank you to everyone who’s supported us in 2025 — much appreciated 🙌.

A big thank you to Dan, Cam and Eru for their work ethic and commitment, we are small team but absolutely get in to get jobs done but most importantly have a laugh while doing it!

We are only as good as the people and business we surround ourselves with! Thank you to all the suppliers who go above and beyond for us and our clients, we love working with.

We’re off for a break and will be back on the tools from the 19th January. Some jobs have been confirmed with clients from the 12th January, please note there is no office support during this time.
