Another day another roof. This one has the worst bowed trusses we have ever repaired. They have deflected over 200mm. Surprised they haven’t snapped the top chords.
However we managed to straighten them back to where they should be.

One more roof I don’t think we would save but good news for home owner we managed to restore back to 95% of original location. 300mm jacking required in sequence around failed area to restore.
Cause was the failure to fit the 20cent bolts into the holes they had drilled to take them. Result $1000s of dollars to fix! Just dumb s**t!
Pushed walls over 75 mm cracked bricks and ceilings

Anther roof saved. Truss plates had released causing the roof to dip and push eaves out. One of the worst we have seen without total failure.
