Lovely spring flowering Ranunculus asiaticus. Native to south west Europe, Egypt, Libya, Turkiye, Iraq, and Iran. Grows I the grasslands and foothills of rocky slopes. Plant the corms in Autumn in a sunny well drained fertile soil for beautiful spring blooms.

WHEN TO PRUNE?

Here at Wagner's we recommend pruning to begin after the Winter Solstice which will be Thursday the 22nd of June this year.

The day after Winter Solstice deciduous plants have an internal clock that tells them to start growing again.

People in different climates do tend to hold off pruning until August - and that is okay. The most important thing is your roses do get a prune so they can regrow into healthy lush bushes again.
