General Pricelist – 2015 • Lawns clipped, snipped and blown for standard ¼ acre block is $30 - $45, cheaper for smaller blocks. • Initial cuts for lawns and overgrown lawns are subject to quote. • Tree/ shrub removal, pruning and maintenance subject to quote. Packages Available: • 2 hour lawn and garden package - $95 • 4 hour lawn and garden package - $185 • 8 hour lawn and garden package - $345 Packages are for general lawn and garden maintenance only. • Lawns clipped, snipped and blown • Garden maintenance (weeding, pruning and hedging of small shrubs, installation and removal of plants). • Consultation on all garden matters. • General tidying up. Pricing is based on 1 man per package timeframe. Additional costs will apply when more than 1 man is required. All other property maintenance and landscape needs are subject to a quote based on: • Property size and access • Time frame and men required • Plant materials • Soils, mulches and garden materials • Building supplies • Chemical costs • Removal of waste
