MI-chael and I LA-ura of MILA have just had the pleasure of renovating our own main bathroom after a couple of years postponement.

We chose to take out the large window and replace it with a double glazed window allowing us the opportunity to reconfigure the layout of the room.

We are very happy to say that we chose our materials from the wonderful people at Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms Rockingham and we worked with Banksies Plumbing and Gas for the plumbing work and our new PowerPoint was installed by Induced Electrical.

Our bathroom is now the best room in the house 🤣

We are currently booked out until July but are still offering Free, no obligation quotes so that you can budget and book for later in the year.

Michael and Laura wish to let you know that we have works booked until June 2023 which is wonderful for us and the upcoming renovators.

This renovation was a complete pleasure to complete, most especially as the owners asked for two walls to be removed allowing for a more Open Feel.

All the materials were chosen from Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms Rockingham inclusive of the tiles, vanity, wall cabinet, shower screen, toilet, tapware and towel rails.

Michael has been incredibly busy renovating wet rooms for numerous clients which he loves and he is so proud of his workmanship.

This here is an example of a 'tile insert' floor waste where he meticulously lined up multiple small cuts of tiles so the insert lined up perfectly.

He never underestimates the small things within each room as they are an eyesore if not completed to a high standard.

This renovation took place in our own home during the Christmas break.

Laura is a paper crafter, mainly card making and scrapbooking plus she teaches these crafts from our home (has done for 17 years)

Well after a long wait she got herself a remodel of the "craft room" utilising the Bunnings Kaboodle range.

Luckily I, Michael, am very handy as I made custom drawer fronts and adjusted the placement of the drawers so that Laura's stamp sets could fit perfectly within them.

The kaboodle range is so versatile and can certainly be used for many more functions than just a kitchen.

The bathroom got the 5⭐️ experience with an extended renovation into the walk in robe.
We loved the owners' ideas💡they came up with for the extension of the tiling into the robe and the bunnings kaboodle range for the complete organisation experience.

All of the bathroom materials were chosen from Ceramico Tiles & Bathrooms Rockingham and were a perfect ensemble for this renovation.

This make-over was incredible.

One very outdated and run down bathroom got a new lease of life with an amazing feature shower, black fittings and a gorgeous heated towel rail.......mmmm fluffy hot towels 🥰

We work for you and allow you to make material selections from any supplier so this customer made choices from Ceramico Tiles and Bathrooms, The Project People and Port Kennedy Glass. Once selections are made we order to specifications and collect from all the suppliers at no extra charge.

Good evening fellow people, it's been a rather long time since we have shared our work. Last year saw us work on many many renovations and so over the coming weeks we will share the work we completed.

Please enjoy this laundry make-over featuring floor to ceiling tiling and an incredible set up of storage and fabulous bench space.
The clothes dryer was removed as it was never used.

This last week was a brilliant renovation of a small kitchen in an upstairs unit.
The layout was kept the same and was updated with all new cupboards, appliances and the plumbing was changed to allow for a flick mixer. The splashback was also tiled new.
