WHARF STREET TUNCURRY TOWNHOUSES - Why is it so hard to get planning approval for medium density housing when the nation is screaming out for it? The DA for this project was submitted in June 2022. Out of frustration at the lack of progress, the client has appealed in the Land & Environment Court.
Further frustration, ensued with the Court basically asking Council what they wanted. With only 3 weeks to prepare a redesign this is our response.
